Dr. Philip Lanoue has a demonstrated record in leading school transformation at the building and district level, leading new instructional models, improving student performance and building positive community and school relationships. He is the 2015 AASA National Superintendent of the Year, as well as the 2015 Georgia Superintendent of the Year.
In addition, while principal of Burlington High School in Vermont, he was named the Vermont NASSP Principal of the Year in 1993. Lanoue is also one of the nation’s top 50 educational innovators in digital learning as named by Converge magazine. His work in supervision and evaluation has been recognized by the University of Georgia (UGA).
Dennis Dearden, President and Co-Founder of Monkey Business Associates, is known nationwide as an extremely talented educational leader and has served as a teacher, coach, principal and superintendent of schools. Now, Denny adds author to his distinguished resume for his book Monkey Business: For Leaders at All Levels. Rocco Sugameli began his career in the Marana Unified School District in Tucson, Arizona as a middle school teacher and coach. He became the Associate Principal of Tortolita Middle School in 1987 and in 1992 he was named the Principal of Butterfield Elementary School.
During Rocco’s tenure at Butterfield Elementary, the school was twice named an Arizona A+ School Top 3 in the State, and in 2000 the school named a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the United States Department of Education. Rocco was named the Arizona Elementary School Principal of the Year and National Distinguished Principal in the 2000/2001 school year.
Mark Reardon is the founder, president, and CEO of the center point group. His educational career of over 35 years includes roles as an elementary and middle school teacher, middle and high school principal, trainer, consultant, speaker and author.
Mr. Reardon earned his B.A. in Psychology and Religion from California Lutheran University, his teaching credential from Biola University, and his M.S. in Educational Administration from California State University, Fullerton. He has dedicated his professional life to discovering and articulating what works best in teaching, leading and learning.

Vickie Lanoue is a well known and an experienced event planner with over 35 years of experience in corporate meeting and event planning. She has extensive experiences both domestically and internationally in planning, designing and executing large system events and meetings.
She is creative and detailed oriented with a track record of corporate success at every level. She began her event planning career for major retail stores in the Southeast and Southwest creating special events as well as developing corporate incentive programs.
